a bubbly baked treat of creamy mac and cheese, layered with honey buffalo chicken, and fresh blue cheese. Topped with a crunchy buttered panko and a drizzle of creamy alfredo sauce. Served with a demi salad corn bread and watermelon for

Tonight’s Combaroos:
A Crock of one of our hearty stews, chilis or chowder Served with a demi salad drizzled with our house vinaigrette., corn bread, and watermelon

Here are tonight’s choices:

Harvest Stew Combaroo ... Jeff’s favorite. This savory stew is all simmered up in a rich broth with carrots, gourmet red , purple, and sweet potatoes, peas, a bit of diced roasted pear, and of course chunks of pork tenderloin ...yum.

Salmon Chowder Combaroo ... a unique chowder made with atlantic salmon sautéed in onion and celery, with red potatoes, and finally finished off with sweet corn, a little diced tomato and real cream.

Veggie Chili Combaroo ... Country star Marty Stuart loved this chili so much he took it home to Mississippi with him! This chili features lots of garden veggies and a variety of beans. Garnished with a robust cheese blend and a scallion sour cream and tortilla chips

Tonight's’ Pizzas:
The Meaty Meister ... a wicked hearty pizza starts with our white sauce and chunky red sauce. Layered with a SMAC concoction made with ground beef, Italian sausage, brown sugar bacon, minced garlic and white onion, and seasonings. Topped with Italian cheeses

The Scampi ... this pizza starts with our white sauce, scallions, layered with a SMAC concoction of fresh garlic, sweet roasted gulf shrimp and seasonings .....topped with Italian Cheeses.

The Hawaiian ... this pizza starts with our white sauce, scallions, layered with a SMAC concoction of chopped garlic, brown sugar bacon, and BBQ sauce topped with Italian cheeses and fresh pineapple.

Tonight’s Vegan Option:
A platter of fresh greens served with sides of tabouli, red pepper hummus, chick pea salad, and Lissa’s black bean bounty and brown rice. Comes with crostinis or gluten free rice crackers.... Please specify

Tonight’s Dinner Salads:
Our dinner salads come heaped on a dinner plate with a hunka corn bread and a fruit garnish: They are fresh and beautiful and makes great appetizers for two or a dinner for one!

Chock full of fun! The salad has fresh greens, beautiful marinated and roasted yellow and red tomatoes, Feta cheese, blueberries, dried cranberries, crushed glazed pecans and a drizzle of our maple vinaigrette

we serve 150 people in a short time. As much as we would love to, we just can’t do it.
