The Carol Noonan Sampler Volume I
The quintessential Carol Noonan Collection!.....It has got a couple of the best cuts from most of the carolnoonanmusic.com catalogue ( Somebody's Darling, The Water is Wide, Carol Noonan Christmas, Big Iron, Self Titled) PLUS....
Two narrative pieces read by me:
" Punkin" is an excerpt from my book, Dear mr. Was...Letters From Maine
" St. Patty's Day Thought is a short narrative about my Dad
Both these tracks have some great music behind them by my pal, guitarist Duke Levine.

The previously released as a single a "Song From Harry" may be new to some folks...it was as song of comfort I wrote for the funeral and the family of two fishermen friends who were lost at sea.

And the regional hit, Captain Concrete will be new to everyone...but not for long! "Captain Concrete"...Ode to Bud Barnes is a song I wrote about the excellent guy who poured our concrete floor for the basement of our Arts Center. He was quite a character, and I was driven to write this spoof song for him. Quite unexpectedly, it has become a huge hit at my shows, so we decided to record it. It's a lotta fun, and as always I am backed by the Guitar Gods, Duke and Kevin Barry.

A perfect gift for the new budding Carol Noonan fan!

produced by Chris Rival and Carol Noonan, recorded by Chris Rival

The previously released as a single a "Song From Harry"may be new to some folks...it was as song of comfort I wrote for the funeral and the family of two fishermen friends who were lost at sea. A Song from Harry is a song of comfort. harry was the kind of guy who would not want us to be sad, or to feel pain. As you listen, try to imagine that this song is from him.

LYRICS: A Song From Harry
There's a star and a sky, that will serve to remind me
There's a boat and a light, that will show how to find me

CHORUS:
And I won't forget, no I won't forget, no I can't forget you

There are friends who are here, and they'll be here for you
There's a song in my heart that will only sing for you

CHORUS

BRIDGE:
These days are the precious ones,
But these days are the numbered ones
Hold onto your own loved ones...while you think of me

There's a son and a son who will live my life for me
There's a man who I love who will always be with me

CHORUS

There's a boat and a light, and that's where you'll find me...
